We're leaving today to go to Gunlom. Its a part of Kakadu national park which is a world famous place! The drive wasn't very long. We eat lunch and then went to have a look at the waterfall. But we couldn't swim down the bottom because salt water crocodiles are known to enter that area. We went up to the top of the waterfall and had a swim, there was a water gohanna sun-baking on a rock! We left Edith falls today and drove 80km down the road to Umbrawarra gorge. at the gorge we found a nice place to spend the afternoon at. we had a swim and looked at cliffs, perch and Aboriginal art. Me and dad went for a walk to the top of a hill there was a very nice view up there. On the way back we found some fire wood we were only aloud to get fallen branches as firewood so we eat dinner and then roasted marshmallows on the fire!=-]

In the morning we went on a walk to the next waterfall it didn't take long to get there. We went swimming and got to the waterfall then we went back and had a another swim but at the ordinary swimming place. Later that day we went for another swim but this time we swam to the waterfall, it was about 150m but I'm not that sure? At night time we went to have a look at the water in the night. We saw: one turtle some fish and a sleepy cod!=-] We had to get up earl...

We woke early today because we were going on a boat cruse. When we got in the boat we could see a long way up the gorge. But no crocodiles when we got of the boat we saw some aboriginal art and it was amazing! We had to bored another boat to get in to the second gorge. Near the end of the second gorge I spotted a freshwater crocodile it was just floating on the surface of the river! Today we went on a long walk that was 12km long. We went to see the look out i was amazing when your there even of you are tiered. there was a nice breeze at the top of the gorge the walk took us about 4 hours. when we got back we had lunch and went to Katherine hot springs but they were warmish and they were very clear. We swam up to the place where the water came out of the ground. We also went down some rapids which was very fun!=-]
