Took a walk around Chinatown and the area around Union Station. it seems like most cities have a major station named Union Station. i loved the big leather individual seats at the station. Found a place offering foot ,massages for $20 which seemed like a bargain and my feet needed some TLC after all the walking I have been doing. It was brilliant. After that I went to the Hollywood Boulevard. I wanted to watch a movie at the Dolby Theatre, previously known as the Kodak Theatre and is where the Oscars are held each year and is the heart of the Boulevard. I bought a ticket to watch Man of Steel and I realized the ticket was for the Chinese Theatre which is next door. The handprints in the paving are outside the Chinese Theatre. The ticket cost $13.75 and the smallest popcorn with a 500ml water cost over $10. The movie theatre is bigger than our average SA cinema. It was not full. The seats are bigger than ours and more comfortable with armrests that you can put up or down. The picture and sound quality seemed better than SA with no "graininess" or lines that we see on our screens. It was a good movie!
