The Final Chapter.

Hi everyone... we went to surfers paradise to stay one night and booked into the Holiday Inn... it was very posh! The beach was great and the waves were fandabi - Wendy lost her top and bottoms a couple of times right enough! That night we went out and had a nice meal, made friends with the waitress and ended up with Moet at 3 pounds for two glasses - YUM!

Anyway we left the next morning and headed to Brisbane - just in time for the St Paddy's day parade... I will upload the photo's and you will see what it was like... quite bizarre but alot of fun... after that we did some shopping, sight seeing and then went out... Brisbane in a day - NO PROBLEM! We went out to a posh restaurant for our last meal and there was a massisve MASSIVE bat - it was like being back in Sydney - Ange! Meal v nice and headed home tipsy...

And so to our final day...

We have just been for our final breakfast - no more pancakes and maple syrup in the morning for Wendy! Heading to the pool for the afternoon - although there aint much sun about... and then we leave Australia at 8pm our time which will be 11am on Sunday your times... Happy mothers day Margaret and Mary... Oh and Kez and Laura and Susan and... and... anyone else out there with sprogs.

So this is it we are about to sign off, but not before saying -

And now, as tears subside, I find it all so amusing...

To think, I did all that, and may I say, not in a shy way

Oh no, oh no not me, We did it our way!

All that there is left to say is roll on the next adventure... hope you've had fun as we certainly have.
