After Mount Nebo we headed along the King's Highway to Karak City to view the Crusader castle, Al Karak, construction of which began in the 1140s under Fulk of Jerusalem. Interesting because of it's age, the Castle is in a bit of a poor state now and perhaps a call to DIY SOS is required?
