Well its time to wish Steve a happy birthday this time, hope you have a great one, don't expect many presents from your wife she is a bit slow in that department but she does catch up eventually !!!!!!
Joking aside have a lovely day. enjoy yourself stay sober and safe. By the time you read this message you will be waking up to another day in paradise whilst we in the UK are cold and damp. The weather is getting warmer though and the nights are drawing out so the promise of summer is there. I look at your photos and postcards and dream........hoping that Italy next week will be as scenic and beautiful as some of the locations you have visited, wait for my update when we return.
Nothing much else happening here, I am going to pack Granny's case tomorrow so by the night the vodka will be opened
and I will be drinking several glasses, mindful of my diet of course, that will take a knock in Italy with all the pasta and tiramasu I anticipate consuming.

Just to let you know there are some more pics on the site. These include our recent diving trip in Koh Tao on the East side of South Thailand. We are now heading over to the West side to look for bigger fish!!!!!!

Hi. Well, after 4 days in Bangkok it is definitely time to move on....we are physically and mentally drained from the craziness and heat of this place!!!! We get the bus to Ko Tao later to hit the beach and the dive sites - we are on the trail of the whale sharks (Steve will not stop looking until he has swum with one)!
Some Happy Birthdays to Oakley, Maureen, Hayden, Granny, Ben and Rita - March is a very busy month and its not over yet! We hope you all had a great day and celebrated in style; sorry we weren't there but you are in our thoughts.

Sorry we missed you at Bangkok too! Glad we didn't wait too long though. Thanks for all your efforts to catch up with us. Hope you enjoy Thailand as much as we did, leave plenty of time for the Royal Palace in Bangkok and enjoy the wonderful gentleness of the people! Hello both, loved the new photos. The one with the balcony and the little table for two over looking the lake really did make me very envious of you both. Never mind I had a cottage in Reading with a crackling log fire last weekend, the romance was kind of spoilt by the 3yr old the 6yr old and the very hungry 4 week old, but hey you can't have everything. Jon Lucy and baby Oliver are all doing well. Oliver is a very greedy baby always after a feed, but he's also a very content little boy inbetween feeds. Jon and Lucy have atapted to parenthood very well and are very calm and taking everything in their stride.
Josef was very interested in Steves "narsh" (mostache) and thinks his dady should grow one the same. ffion was very excited about the new cambodian baby you've adopted, i have tried to reassure her that you were just teasing, you were teasing won't you? Ffion got 14 out of 14 for her spelling test this week, hopefully she'll be able to help me with my spelling soon. Josef came out of school this week reporting to mum that he needed wine, it turns out he needs to take wine corks into school and that his day hadn't been so stressfull that he was turning to the bottle. andrew has finally bitten the bullett and had his first bass guitar lesson. i came downstairs last night to find the "rock god" strumming away in the lounge. he then decided to give me a lesson on everything he had learned that day, i think i was better than him, but perhaps he's just a good teacher. we also woke ffion up so she had a go too, i think she might be better than both of us. well must go I have to feed the kids, tidy the house and get ready for a roller skating party, are you jelous yet?
