The food in Tasmania is fabulous. In particular I am loving the hot smoked salmon here. This lunch features avocado, cucumber spinach and hit smoked salmon with apple cider vinegar. Yum! This was enjoyed inside our camper as the day turned extremely cold in Longford, Tasmania
