Today called for veggie packed fritters topped with avocado, tomato and yoghurt 'salsa'. I opened our pantry drawer unsure what to cook for dinner. We only have one drawer so we can't stock up too much but I just found the gf flours so fritters we're on the menu. A hit with everyone except Theo of course who just ate pasta and avocado.
