A small spot located just adjacent to the bridge over Savage River in the Arthur-Pieman Conservation Area. Perfect location for the start of our hike up Mt Donaldson. No one else was there so other than a camper van on the other side of the river we were miles from anyone. The moon on the river and the stream sounds over night were great! Shame about our shoes being eaten by some sort of critter overnight!
