On the way back to Hue, Anthony managed to lose a pedal so Viet had to rescue the bike while getting a backie off Joe...and still beat me back to the hotel!!

Chewing betel nut... Quite the most horrid stuff I have ever out in my mouth.. After chewing for about 3mins my mouth was full of crimson saliva and a very warm sensation similar to rubbing deep heat into my cheeks came over me!! Still the granny of the house does it every day and she is 92 and still going strong!!
