I walked down these stairs, covered in ice/snow, on shoes that were meant for spring time. Let me tell you I stood out compared to all the locals, I didn't have any boots with me! My jeans were soacked up to my knees (almost!) and my feet were squishing with water in my socks and shoes! (I wasn't the typical Girl Scout because I was NOT prepared!) :(
