This is on the backside of the Cathedral. A ruinstone like this means that someone important in the church died and had this put up in their memory. It isn't a grave, just a reminder of who he/she was and their importance. Usually if you gave a lot of money to the church, or were a pastor, you were given a ruinstone when you passed.
