Byron Bay is now our last stop before Sydney - well our last major stop. Will be here till the 22nd then we leave to finish off 800km to Sydney. Been here one day and night. Last night we had luxury room right on the pond thing they have here (staying at Arts Factory Lodge) but for the next 3 nights back to reality - camping!! Rainbow beach - this is where we did our 14000ft skydive, freefalling for 65 seconds at 220kph or 140mph! The most amazing experience of our lives!

ONly in nimbin for one night and day - what an experience. Clare & Jamie from home told us to come here for the experience - which firstly was staying in an old train carriage for accomodation and secondly everyone around you being stoned off their faces. They smoke cannabis everywhere - on the street, in the park, in the shops, cafes, pubs etc - plus sell it everywhere. Will keep quiet about whether we purchased any or not!!!

Spent 2 nights here chilling out. First night was pretty overcast so had a pretty quiet night, then the 2nd night absolutely pissed it down but we had a pretty big night. Liked it here, had a kind of Newquay vibe about it.
