Went white water rafting for a whole day in the Kicking Horse river near Yoho NP. The rapids weren't that big, only 2-3 but it was a lot of fun as there were very long stretches of rapids. Arriving in Banff to more bear warning signs than I've seen yet on this trip and knowing that we were looking to do at least three big hikes in the area I decided to bite the bullet and buy a can of bear spray.
