Happy Fathers Day!   On Fathers Day we headed on to Tulsa. It was a 5 1/2 hr drive. On the way we stopped off at Dickey's Barbecue for lunch. After we got back to the car from visiting the arch it was 10:00 pm. We had heard about Ted Drewes Custard on Route 66. It was open until 11:00 and 15 minutes away. This location has been open since 1941 and they have a treat called the Concrete. It's what Dairy Queen based their Blizzard on. They turn the Concrete upside own before they hand it to you too. Our first stop was St. Louis.  We arrived around 6:00 pm central time.   Old Courthouse On the way in we bought tickets online to see the arch. We were scheduled to tour the arch at 8:05 so we had a couple of hours to look around the Old Courthouse. We didn't start packing until the morning we left. Everything went pretty quick. We were all up by 9:00, the car was loaded and we were backing out of the driveway a few hours later at 12:00.
