Though i must admit the David Hasselhoff star didnt really do it for me (even though Mitch is a Baywatch institution!). Hope your weather is braw, its been a tad dodgy over here, sunny one minute then pouring rain the next. If the washing machine hadnt broken then father would have been at his wits end trying to get his drying done! Gran is getting all the washing just now, so i am getting deliverys of freshly pressed clothes - its great!!! heloo, i have just read ur last postcard and it sound good. holywood is rather dodgy i heard. but the shopping is good! Were leaving for california on the 19th thrsday and should get to LA at around 4pm, were leaving the following thursday in the morning. Maybe we could meet up if ur gonna be there but if not we'll c u wen u get home! ooo not long now. the weather here is rather nice actually. sunny blue skies oo, what's the weather like in calfornia is it sunny? im wondering if its weather to be be able to wear shorts and skirts? anyhoo, im away now to clean my room! o the joy! bubixxx

Well the latest piccys look very impressive.... the ice tunnel ones especially..... the rest were brill too of course.... the camper van looks cool..... but was it comfy?..... Ok so what exciting things have i been up to? As usual not a lot.... today it was pretty sunny, although slightly showery.... so i ventured into the garden to tidy it up a bit and yes i was quite successful.. next stop the garden centre (better take Grandpa with me, just in case i buy the wrong things!) Henk has been stuck up a ladder for the last few evenings and today too as he is painting the house (outside ) We went out for a chinese last night which was good (apart from the woman at the next table letting us know how wonderful she was........ lol She talked so loudly the whole tiime we could hear every word!!!!!! kinda boring! But apart from that everything is just the same old same old......

i just read ur e-mail and ur postcard and now i want to visit fiji! im impressed that u went snorkelling emma! u sound totally different i have to say, its very strange! enjoyed speaking to u the other night. hope LA is cool im sure it will be. im just sitting in the computer lab printing off a million lecture notes to revise from, yay!! u missed the the election. how excited was i getting to vote for the first time, it was mad!! oh the power! anyway im off to do some revision, shall e-mail u later. luv katie xxx

Captains log - 05.05.05 - sunny outside, perhaps a tad breezy but generally quite nice. Weekend is approaching, mother & father are away on their hodilays on saturday am (meant to spell it like that just incase you think I am dislexic). Went to see Starlight Express with cousin Jill last night - ooh it was excellent! Tonight I am getting an indian head massage which apparently also includes my neck and shoulders! Its for Jills college exam, I am her tester (if you like) - oh its a hard life! Certainly sounds like you are still having a hoot. It doesnt seem like long until you are home but you still have so many places to go and exciting things to see! Lucky you, the highlight of my day has been popping down Glenrothes town centre for shower gel - rock n roll! Better be away the noo, need to get home for my tea (meant to be working just now so count yourself lucky i have found a moment during my hectic day to drop you line). Take care, miss you both. ciao bella, wow I really am jealous now (though I do get sea sick!) that sounds like an amazing tour...is it just on a small boat that you can swim from etc? 10days to go for me...i'm counting down but also scared :o( our university supervisor is out today and wants copies (I hope he will settle for a draft) of our projects! Mine is definetely still a working progress. Think summer has now arrived in italy...now i have an excuse to eat more ice cream (as well as the pizza!). hi,good to have so much contact with you and fab you are having such I good time and yeah I am jealous. Weather is picking up here though. I reckon you should definately visit me in NZ (maybe make it summer time too!) Two weeks left and I'm stressed (eek!) my models keep failing...honsestly what I'm trying to do isn't hard...grrrr! but I'm also excited as I can't wait for it all to be over. Presentation is on the 26th May and then I'm Free :o) roll on the summer.
