Hi from the Big Apple. I've been here a little over a week now and have seen most of the sites one would want to see. As a 'New York Virgin' it has been a very interesting week. This is a bloody big city hey. I was a little suprised at just how big Manhattan Island actually is. I wasn't expecting to walk from end to end, but I didn't expect such long subway trips either. Arrived in New York last night. Just the subway ride into Manhatten was entertaining. It's freezing here as expected and Central Park is white with snow and ice. Went down to Broadway and Times Square last night. It's all in your face after my quiet time in New Zealand. Will post some details once I've had a look around.
