Amanda & the family dropped me in Sydney so that I could catch a flight to Brisbane. I had a car hired and drove directly to the Gold Coast for a long weekend. I met up with my friends sister in law who very kindly took me to dinner in this lovely marina. My motel, Broadwater, was near the beachfront which was lovely to walk along.
