Today was my Birthday :) To celebrate this day, we drove with the car to the sanddunes of the island. It was so beautiful up there. The sanddunes area is really big and it was a great fun to drive with the car through the sand. Arriving at " The big sanddune" we got out of the car to climb on top of this enormous sanddune. Surfers Point is about 20 minutes away from the homestead. It has its name from the enormous waves that can be seen at this place. Unfortunately, today werent that big waves to see only some medium ones. Instead of that we saw about 30 tiny sharks swimming in the flat water. It was amazing. Today I arrived at my new working place : Dirk Hartog Island :) . This island is used by people wanting to make holidays. All around the homestead, where the people stay, is a national park and there are some wonderful places to visit like the surfer point, mysteria beach or the sanddunes. Tory and Kieran who run the homestead have her own house on the property. They have three children called Will, Ollie and Sanchia. Salti, the young golden retriever completes...

Denham is really a beautiful little town. Even if I spent only one day there, I am absolutely fascinated. My hostel was great and placed right opposite the sea :) . There were lots of little appartments, each with a bathroom, a kitchen and three 4 shared bedrooms. It even had a swimming pool near the appartments. In the morning, I walked at the beach in Denham and had a look at some of the little cafes all around. Everything looked really nice and pretty clean....

My week at Coomallo Pool was really unique and incredibly beautiful :) I will always remember this great time and I will miss David, Marion, the chickens & Pepe soo much. I wrote some lines down in their Guest-Book and David was so touched, with tears in his eyes. They are so lovely and good hearted people who gave me so much warmth and love. I wish them the very best and a further beautiful life together on their little farm :)
