Greetings from Jasper Have spent the last couple of days in the Rockies. Last night was spent in a hostel in Rampart Creek (middle of nowhere) with no running water, no TV (can you imagine that...how uncultured!) After dinner, we had a fire outside the chalets and toasted marshmallows, then had a sauna before jumping in the creek (that\'s as close as it gets to a shower!) Had a bit of a scary moment when I needed to go the pit toilet on the other side of the hostel grounds at 2am - I\'m sure i heard a bear growl! I\'ve never gone to the toilet so quickly in all my life! Hiked up to Athabasca glacier today which was pretty amazing. Staying in a hostel halfway up Mount Edith Cavell tonight which should be cool.
