So, your big Oz adventure comes to an end eh? So proud of you for going it alone. Many thanks for the blogs - they've kept us entertained in your absense. Safe trip home, precious girl. Stupid quantities of early winter snow here for you (6" at least today)! can't wait to see you :)
Lots of Love,
Dad XXXXXXXXXXX.
Bush Turkey
BOOSH turkey! Can't wait to meet one! Do they grow on a turkey bush??
I will be at home at Xmas, don't fret!
1 week to go...!! xx
Shona
I'm sooo bringing you a bush turkey, they're hilarious. And yeah we should have it for Xmas dinner, that would ruin Xmas less than if we don't have turkey at all! What's happening at Xmas? You'd better be at home xx
Kirsty
LOL!!!!
What the hell is a bush turkey?! Can you bring one home for Xmas dinner?!
Btw, you can spend the money you would have spent on Gareth on me if it makes you feel better? Only kidding! All I want for Christmas is Suuuuue!
xx
Suesi
Bloody hell Susan, i just read that out loud to Si (as I like to do with your blogs) and i already have a sore throat - now it's agony cos it took me 15 minutes to read it!!
Loving the goat chat - hilarious! Minging, but hilarious!
You are going to proper hate the weather when you get home - it's been really frosty in the mornings and it's pigging cold!
Can't wait for you to come home. Hope you're looking forward to it too.
xxxxxxx
Maa-Maa
Hee hee - I thought my name would be appropriate for an experienced goat-herd-ess like you! Sooner you than me - even a dry goat is pretty whiffy, so I can't imagine how evil a wet goat must smell :-( Glad you enjoyed the whole experience, though :-) Pity about the leggings!
The sailing trip sounds amazing - shame you didn't get to see bashful Nemo, though.
Enjoy the next couple of weeks and soak up as much sunshine as you possibly can :-)
Lots of love and hugs from Dad and from me xx
Sheila
I may have just read your blog for the last time reading from the UK (unless you update before Monday again lol).
Really enjoy your blogs (I can hear you saying everything its wierd but comforting at the same time)
Love you lots and keep having a blast (not long to go now)
Sheila xXx
Sue
Heehee, baws!
Don't know what I'm doing at new year, but we're probably staying local. We were considering Oscars or maybe just flat hopping. Why, you want to join us?
It's actually 4 weeks til i'll see you...not that i'm counting!
By the way there was a story in the Metro today about a girl who was swimming with dolphins in Oz and a shark attacked her. So you're not allowed to do that either!! xx
Dad
Hi Shona,
Glad you're still having a great time and, apparently, staying safe as promised. Really looking forward to having you home but, at the same time, not wishing your adventure away. Working hard as usual these days and was on Skye this week for the first time - wonderful! UB40 concert on Wed this week - canny wait - been a long time since I saw these guys on satge. Will be weird without Ali C but bro Duncan C seems to be a good replacement front man - keep it in the family! Anyhow, keep on enjoying the Oz experience. Love Dad. XXXXXXXXXX
Shona
Sue, skydiving costs about 10 times that amount, and have we met? I would never have the baws!
What are you doing at new year btw?
See you in a few weeks xx
Kirsty And Simon
Susan!
Liking your lastest blog. Not enjoying the sound of your hostel though - bop! Don't you dare do a skydive - you promised! I'll leave you at the airport if you do, heehee!
Nothing very exciting happening here. Hope that dosh went into your account ok? Not to be used for skydiving!!
Laters xx
Shona
Thanks for birthday wishes everyone! Yeh Rosie I got it, thank you :)
