Hey guys we went to parliament houseBut we didn't see Julia Gillard and TonyAbbott. But we did go onto the roof which had a wicked view of Canberra. We saw the senate and the house of representatives but no one was working today. Dad bought us coffee and chinos and TS got it all over his face. It was really big inside with lots of marble. this is us at the Questecon science place in Canberra, it is totally AWESOME! it has 8 different rooms that are better than Scitech. We got to feel weightlessness on a long drop, went on a rollercoaster simulator and learnt heaps and heaps about science like movement, perception and illusion, robotics, the awescome earth, properties of waves and water. Plus musical instuments and a sideshow alley. it was BRILLIANT.

We were all really moved to see all the names on the walls at the Australian War Memorial, but more so when we saw Sherwood and Passmore names. We were lucky enough to be there with a school tour who got a special bugle performance , which was hauntingly beautiful in the domed roof.

It is going to get to -7degrees tonight so mum and dad decided to pay for a hotel otherwise we might have frozen in the camper trailer. We have this fab room which is our own space. DJ is playing nintendo, TS is watching a DVD and I am reading Geronimo Stilton. We are going to see the Australian War Memorial tomorrow.

When we left Bega we drove up through the Wadbilliga national park in the south east forest. Brown mountain was the highest part at 1241 m we stopped off at Pipers lookout which was a beautiful lookout half way up Brown Mountian.
