Sorry to hear about the inclement weather conditions - still better than being at work though! I tried a spray tan last week in the vain hope of getting a bit of colour to my otherwise blindingly white skind, but the result was a bit scary and I'm not sure I'll be doing it in the middle of winter again!! Hope you've found some sun now - it's freezing here at the mo.
The Binty's are out tonight for our Christmas get together, so we'll have a drink and dessert in your honour Carrie!
Have fun and take care

I've had a look at your photos, the trees in the temples look fantastic. I'm sure there will be even more like this on the Inca trail.
I had an unusual break last week. I went to Baku (the capital of Azerbijan) to make a delivery. I wouldn't bother adding it to any future trips there wasn't much there, but I can't complain, they put us up in a 5* hotel.

Just had a catch up on your latest antics! It all looks fabulous and I'm glad to see you're sampling the local delicacies and not just playing it safe (ie the cricket feast!). Keep the pics coming - it's a nice bit of escapism for me!
Take Care

Unfortunately the sunrise was not as spectacular as David Bentleys goal, this is literary genious!!!
Then again have seen episodes of Antiques roadshow more spectacular than the sunrise that morning!

what a fantastic experience, so envious at seeing the T'army. Will be logging in for more of your travels. Same old, same old here - winters well and truly with us and this will a welcome distraction through the dark dreary evenings.
Have loadsafun and stay safe xx

Oh my goodness!!
Have heard rumours of them being a little pushy and disorganised over there but from your blog it sounds like even I'm more organised than the officials there!
Glad things are good there, shame as you're missing out on all the good weather here . . . . . . NOT
