I pleased to see from the latest photos that in less than one month Paul has progessed from working for Heinz to developing new cakes for Mr Kipling. I suppose that after cooking the books for so many years Paul has taken to cooking the cakes like a duck to water (only joking).

I am really pleased that you are both enjoying Paul's trial retirement so well. On the basis of your experiences I might just try it myself one day.

All the best and Paul try not to think about Liverpool, they really are that baddddddd this season.

The scenery in New Zealand looks absolutely fanastic. The views of the valleys, the sunsets and mountains are all to die for, at least if Jan gets too close to the edge on the switchbacks they might be!! Perhaps you could post a photo of the plot of land on which you intend to build your retirement home next time that you visit it.

Sorry to see that Paul has had to take up a temporary job with Heinzzzz as a result of the food in NZ being so expensive. This surely must be the reason for Paul wearing a 57 badge, as he can't possibly be that age because that would mean that we have known each other for 45 years.
