Still in Koh Phangan although it's beautiful where I am at the Secret Beach at Hacienda hotel I can't wait to get off this island now had to book another night at the hotel as literally in a lot of pain on the left hand side of my rib cage if not better tomorrow going to get it checked out literally feels like someone has lumped me with a knee 20 times and cracked a rib! Just been by the pool starting to peel like a prawn as well had a decent gurt massive fry up which may sound like nothing but when just on pad Thai and noodles although I can't get enough of it is a big thing! Losing weight I can tell already so good to get a bit of fat in the gut! Will take today into the next few days as hasn't been ideal but there we go it's 8.45pm now gonna get an early night as my sleeping pattern is awful still just wanna sleep in the day and not at night. Hoping for Koh Tao tomorrow!...
