Hi,I really like the Panama-Pics. Seems to be a funny thing travelling the channel. Red-Frog beach also makes sense as long as shane is sitting there. ;-) I am wondering what an unfriendly dolphin is...And furthermore it is quite mysterious what kind of really sticky dirt that is, which hangs on your chin since quite a while, shane. Sarah looks great as always and Volker and me are looking forward to your return to visit you in London.

have you made it to panama yet? love the site. we went to santa marta and tayrona and loved both... spent the week with jan and frauke. in leticia now, heading out on a jungle adventure for 5 days then head to manaus before we hit the brazil coast.... read your postcards, their great.

seems you don´t get bored so far. Unbelievable. ;-) After 1000 monkeys, millions of birds and a bunch of other different and a lot stranger animals it is funny seeing you still in such a good mood. The diving-excursion seems to have been quite interesting and you did it again. You raised my envy. Here in good old Europe the weather begins to show us, that winter is coming. Damn cold outside and the shops in Germany already have x-mas-products in the shelves...ridiculous.
