Hurray for new skirts, not so hurray for oppressed womenfolk, I hope you are giving the guide a piece of your mind about it (with the greatest possible respct obviously!). All is well back here in blighty, Nel and I went on a booze cruise with Rach and Tim at the weekend and came back with beaucoup de vino et tasty tasty food! If there's any left when you come back you can help us drink it, or it'll be a good excuse to buy more... Yey!

Well well my lovely, it sounds a bit like my arrival in Bangkok so far! I'm loving the idea of a temple that feeds people, not for any altruistic reason, just because I love food YUM! Looking forward to hearinng about the next place; feed an elephant a banana for me.

I just found out this morning that I got the PhD at Imperial... provided I can start in April!!!! I'm not sure if that plays financially but am going to check out the figures over the weekend and make a decision on Monday. In other news: tomorrow is the official move-in date. Am sad to be leaving my single life behind but excited about moving in with Nel -mainly because of his awesome music collection and the prospect of sex on tap. Hurrah! Watch this space...

Had an inkling Delhi might be like that - as is possibly the rest of India! A bit like a shamblier Satwa eh? But lovely to hear all about it - can't wait for the next episode in the desert! Hope the Delhi Belly improved - can't imagine how it would be to suffer from it in the great expanse of sandy wilderness!
