Jungle. Spent the morning looking at tunnels that the Viet Cong built under the jungle to hide from the Americans. A few people went down but it was about 50 degrees, had saucer sized spiders and you had to crawl... so I declined.

Crazy massive junction in Saigon. More motorbikes than I've ever seen in one place bar organised bike rallies. We sat having a coffee and watching this for a while and could work out no system to the traffic- they all just come from all angles and merge together. We've been told that to cross the road you just walk out into it and walk at a slow and constant speed and the bikes will dodge you. It's pretty scary but seems to work!

We're in a teeny tiny town just inside Vietnam. Went for a boat trip down the Mekong river this afternoon and bought amazing watermelon from a floating market. Then went on a motorbike taxi up a mountain for sunset. (It was a very slow crap motorbike Mummy so don't worry, and I wore lots of layers. No one else bothered so I thought you'd be proud of me.)
