WE ARE IN SYDNEY!! It is incredible - weather is amazing. We went to bondi beach today which is a classic surfer beach and sunbathed for hours. Bliss! We only arrived yesterday and spent our first day wandering around and went to see the sydney harbour bridge and the opera house. Very cool but yesterday it was a bit cloudy so the photos arent as impressive as they could have been! We have 2 days left in sydney and then we are off to byron bay. Our plan is (depending on the weather) to go on a beach walk with the hostel tomorrow and soak up some more rays.

Before we left melbourne we went on the great ocean road tour. It took 12 hours and we drove all along the coast - it was beautiful. A highlight was we got to see some koalas in the wild - they were so cute! The koalas they have in the wild in the south of oz are 3 times as large as the one further up north so you arent allowed to touch them as they are very aggressive!
