28/2-1/3 hmmmm
Lazy morning with our planned bus leaving at 2:30. Went to the bus station, changed to a different route and it left at 12:00. Walk to cash machine (other side of town) and I run back to pay while Sarah heads home for shower and pack. Arrive to the bus after packing just in time.... Not so relaxed as planned. Bus to Campo Grange, arrive at 6pm, leave at 7pm to Foz do Igauçu where we should get in at 8am. Sarah said this trip is almost the same as Perth to London, (6hrs to Singapore, 2 hr break and 12 hours to London) Brazil is a big country.
Turns out plans are just that, plans. First leg goes to plan, all on time and a nice trip. Second leg we get on the bus late at 8:20pm, drive around the corner and stop for dinner and cleaning. 9:20pm we leave Campo grande, 2 hours late, or an hour and assigned stop later. A nice bus with a few idiots on board, great for sleeping. Longest trip and the ipad miss-charged. Sleep time and Sarah chooses earplugs, eye mask and hoody, and goes off to sleep. I play on the phone, music and then a clean explorer sock as an eye mask.... I must have looked different (FYI, explored sock works well). We wake to find we are later, arriving at a breakfast stop at 8 and another stop just after... We were surprised to hear 5 hours to go!! We were tricked with the ticket times. 2:30pm we roll in. The hotel we hot was on special, and yes I said hotel. It has a second tap in the shower with a big red H on it. Not sure what it is but I like the hot water. We headed to the supermarket for some supplies, and for a swim to wait for rebeka and jasper to finish their tour. After a catch up and swim with them we leave to shower and agree on vodka and tu pa later before our final dinner in brazil.... Rodizio. tupa is a Dutch card game where you bet against each other, first to 15 has to do a predetermined assignment. Before dinner I have to do a shot of the cheapest spirit possible.
For dinner, rebeka, Sarah and I eat an inhumane amount of BBQ'd meat, desert and minor salad (some had salad). Jasper after being the only one to eat lunch went for some meat and desert. A stroll after dinner to Laos bar to continue cards and some caprinas.... We left with jasper in a waiters hat and rebeka on hands and feet, assignments for the second and third game. Great night.

2/3 Iguaçu Falls!!
we wake to figure a few unimportant things, visa for Argentina, where we are sleeping that night, the usual. Put our things in Jasper and Rebekas room for safe keeping and head out to find a bus to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. Impressive and lovely photo opportunities (im sorry but I'm writing this after seeing the Argentinian side). The photo along a massive fall was a highlight for me and an elevator along side the same fall was Sarah's favourite. We make it back in time to see the others, say goodbye and stap the packs on to find a bus. Off the bus for Immigration from brasil, it leaves, we pass in a minute or two, and wait for another bus... No problems getting into Argentina, and we head for the new hostel. The notable parts, almost ripped off paying for a hostel, and two taps in the shower!! They are both cold:( can't live like kings all the time.
