Just been to the weirdest KFC. It sold chicken with rice and peas, plantain and salad. I obviously went for a burger.

Yesterday was very fun(ish). We went white water rafting and of course I was the first person to fly off the boat after like 5 minutes. Flew straight backwards right into the rocks and hit my back and was then taken away by the Rapids and saved by the life guard man in a kayak. Still had to keep going for like 2 hours. Got a nice bruise on my back. Feels better today though, I can walk properly (yay).

Was sad saying goodbye to everyone. I've made some great friends over the last 5 weeks and I will definitely be visiting them around the world. Will miss not being with them everyday.

Soon I will be off to Madrid to catch my flight to London.
