Tomoko came to visit from Japan so more sight-seeing for me, including a few more film locations - London's full of them! We saw Othello at The Globe Theatre, which was a fantastic experience. Eamonn Walker as Othello and Tim McInnerny as Iago - I was right next to the stage and sometimes centimetres away from the actors!

Today is my last day working for Brewin Dolphin so Hans and Jeremy kindly took me out for lunch at The Living Room in the new castle complex. The ordering was plagued with indecision and took nearly as long as the food did to arrive. We managed to struggle <sigh> through the delicious three-course meal ;-) in the gorgeous sunshine and then on the way back to the office dropped by Krispy Kreme to pick up some doughnuts which were delightful. Yummy ...

Yuki, a student from Okayama, came down to London from York, where she is studying English.  She decided not to spend £22 on a sight-seeing bus tour, but instead settled for the £3.50 bus pass with me as her guide!  We visited London's most famous landmarks, and were fortunate enough to come across a few rarer sights such as a group of punks, changing of the guards at Horseguards Parade (see videos) and some graffiti by Banksy!...
