So we got to Dunedin which is a pretty big city on the South Island which we thought might be a good place to find some work. We spent the first few days finding all of the work agencies and registering with them. We arrived in Christchurch and went for a wonder in town. We found Re-start mall which is a shopping mall made out of shipping containers. It's a temporary idea until they start to rebuild the centre but it looked really cool. Lake Takepo is a small town set on a glacial lake. We were the only ones from the bus to get off here so at least it is quiet. We had a quick wonder into the very small town and then went and did some snow tubing which was a lot of fun.
