We made it to Malacca after lugging our backpacks though 37 degrees in KL. We left our Hotel Classic Inn and had local Malayisan Roti with egg for breakfast, a bit like a pancake.
We had to catch up on some sleep yesterday as the heat and our jet lagged kicked in.
We had a very productive first few hours in Malacca, followed by a trip to the roof top garden for a nap. We went on a river boat cruise and spotted some swimming lizards, Malacca is very colourful and beautiful. There are lots of cafes along the river. We had a trip in the Melacca Tower which was 80m high and spun around giving you a 360 degree view of the city. We walked around Chinatown and the surrounding areas and found some food. Jeff found a snake to take a picture with as well. Unfortuntely the roof top jacuzzi wasnt working at our hotel.
Off to find a pakistani restaurant we've been told about now.
