We are nearly ready to go - bags are mostly packed, and Nana is picking us up at 2. Flight takes off (hopefully on time, as we have a tight connection in DC) at 5. We still have to take the furry babies to the Royall kennel... gulp! Going to miss them so much! Really think that there's a ton of stuff we're forgetting...

We got to sleep a bit later today, though we had to sleep with all the windows open, so the street noises really prevented much sleeping in. Girlchild got up and went to the patisserie with us this morning, and she chose some sort of apple concoction, while the rest of us stuck with croissants and pain chocolat.
