So from Hoi An we booked into a morning bus to Hue. It was only a 4 hour journey so it wasn't too bad. We we arrived it was like a ghost town, everyone had finished work for New Year, and as it was New Year's Eve everyone was getting ready for the evening celebrations. We caught our first Vietnamese night bus from Can Tho to Da Lat. We had seen these in Ho Chi Minh and they looked rather posh. There are 3 rows of single seats in 2 tiers, they are like aeroplane seats which recline and have a little pod for your feet to go in.
