Hello, my first blog thing, then, excellent. I am currently sitting in my living room in Nottingham with the fear. I am pretty certain I will remember what crucial thing I have forgotton to pack the second I step off the coach at Heathrow. Not to worry. I am pretty anxious but mainly excited.

I actually set off for the coach station in about half an hour so this first instalment will have to be brief. The next 48 hours will be pretty roller coaster, Hopefully I will be able to get some sort of coverage of the football on the plane, but I just cant wait to get to Kenya and look around me and breath it all in. weirdly, what I am looking forward to is the unexpected, taking everything as it comes.
