Dear all, Thought I'de write another note here before I left Melbourne. Have been here for around 2 months now, it's been fantastic but time to move on. Not getting enough work here to save money. Hey everybody, Just got back from a 5-day safari around and near Uluru (Ayres Rock). It was possibly the best 5 days of my life. Absolutely incredible! Every night we bush camped, stopping the jeep somewhere in the middle of nowhere, collecting firewood and making a camp. We were sleeping in swags, basically large canvas sleeping bags with a very thin mattress in the bottom. No tents, so every night just lay there looking up at the stars. Spent one day walki...

Hey all. I've just got back from a couple weeks down the south-west coast. It's been really nice, all the towns are very small so all we've done is hiking and cycling. Beautiful scenery, the coastline is fantastic. In Perth and the surrounding area now until the 30th of October, when we fly to Alice Springs. It's already in the mid-30's there, and it's not even summer yet...

Greetings all from sunny Perth! Arrived fine, met by some distant relatives of Simon who gaves us a lovely meal and took us to the hostel, which was nice.
