Hi there you two, sorry I've not messaged your board before now but I've been having an absolute nightmare with my laptop - si maloney actually managed to surpass himself yesterday by telling me that he ain't got a clue what's wrong with the effort he sold me, he's giving me my hard drive back with no laptop and giving me some sort of refund...!! Can you believe it?! So now I have to go and buy a new computer, without a damn hard drive innit, download God knows how many months of data onto my new machine, fart around configuring the whole thing again (like I really know what I'm doing) and then maybe I could just do some of my own work - swann micro, you have left me in a right pile of excrement thanks a lot you tekki tit!
Sorry about the rant, just keeping you posted of word in my s***ty world........On a lighter note Meg did another do do in the plants (lol), but more are appearing in the litter tray - hooray!
Anyway must dash and go and get my deposit back from swann for the rent of a dud computer, I really hate pc's....it's like there's a technical revolution whenever I go near one - But the only saving grace is that I keep up to date on the web-sites from my best friends travelling adventures (yes I believe you do fit into that catagory along with a select few)

Hi - just to let everyone know we are safe. About to go off trekking in the himalaya in a couple of days for 12-14 days so will not be in contact for a while. Hope everyone is ok. Hello Everyone. Wow how much have we done!! We did some serious travelling in India. We went to Jaipur and then Agra from Dehli. We did it in style!! A Fiat Tipo Taxi, with no A/C. We spent 2 days bombing about the India country side to go and see the Taj Mahal, Which is very much an amazing stucture. I personally would not go back to North India as it is very difficult for westerners to travel around with ease. You dont get a rest from beggers or sales people. A pain in the arse to be fair. From Dehli we have landed in Nepal. We got here when the curfew was in force and did not know what to expect. I did some fantastic bartering with a taxi driver as our hotel did not send someone to pick us up. We went thru about 15 armed checkpoints and got smiles and waves from everyone.
We have not stopped. Just talked Carla into doing some serious hiking(to be fair it did not take much persuasion), The Annapurna Mountain range in Nepal. We will get to base camp which is a fairly hard trek, Apparently the scenery is amazing ( I am gonna come back to Nepal for sure, and would reccomend everyone to come here if you like walking and shopping). Pat can you ring mum and tell her that everything is ok and we are in good health, just tell her that I have not smoked anyhting as well as that will cheer her up.

Right!!!!The next message you will get from us will be either in Pokhara before our trek in the Himalaya or after which will be about in 2 weeks or more.

We are safe, having a great time, and miss everyone. Especially Meg!!!!!!

Hiya Guys, all sounds a bit hairy for me all those security guards. Anyway, I will be sure to download ure mpeg from OGrish's web site soon Rob when u r on it. ha ha hope not!!!! seriously i will be keepin track. Boli beat me at golf on sunday by 2pts (s***ty stableford game) gave him 9 shots on me. It was a beautiful foggy morning and a delight to play as no one was on the course. Mike and Ray and the gf's are in Portugal at the mo, lucky sods got upgraded to a 6 bed mansion because original mansion was overbooked. Got wasted on Sat with Boli and girls (jo/emma) whilst watching England 2 Austria 2. Calamity James had a clanger for their 2nd goal. Hate him as a keeper anyway. Weather is hot here and just working at mo. Another update soon....stay posted xx

How are you? I bet your are knackered haha. Anyway how does it feel to be finally off? I am expecting loads of emails from you Carla from mad places asking mad things.

I can't wait to hear your experiences. Remember to always tell everyone at home about all the awesome things you see and do (don't tell them if you are pissed off). Its pants cos you are always great by the time they respond! Also everyone panicks at home about the slightest thing - near death experiences, poisonous animals, sharks, crocs etc etc.

Anyway have a fab time - you will for sure - we may get to South America early so that we have four months or so there. When do you got there? Keep us posted - I am very excited for you.
