Hey lovelies!

Bangkok is what i expected, busy and full of markets, with us all so tempted to buy something every minute! We managed to sort out our Cambodia visa, and we re off there tmw, on a coach lasting 12 hours, to Siem Reap. Our fourth country, we re all getting excited about the fact that our passport is starting to fill up with stamps of individual countries, lol, how sad!!
Hope all is well and that nobody we know got hurt in the London bombs.

Aye what happend in London was awful but ppl r rebuildin their lives and jus hope that most ppl r okay .. Neways, Sri Lanka sounds gorgeous, MUST go ther! Got ur postcard - ta girls! :) sounds Brilliant!! Sophie, jus emailed U! heh, so finished MH for the summer am workin in Lodnon for 2 weeks to earna bit of dosh, also gng to explore London nightlife but be pretty empty as most deafies r off to Ibiza (timing is terrible eh!?!!) jkus gng to relax, and hopefly go on a last min holiday wit D! Heh me and Sannah did the needle test, fink its a girl, hpe so i'l take the little one shoppin all de time *giggles* she'l be a little princess!!

Hey Chicks! Just got back my normal boring package holiday!! It was good but after reading all your stories and looking at your piccies you all sound like you are all having the time of your lives!! Certainly has inspired me to save up and do some travelling next summer!!! :-)
Sri Lanka looks so beautiful so will definatly be putting that on my travel plans!

Hey girls! Lovely photos' of Sri Lanka! You all certainly look well and still seem to be enjoying yourselves. I would certainly like to travel there one day. Now you are in Bankok remember what we said about watching your bags etc. Don't want you to end up in the "Bankok Hilton" with your heads shaved for the rest of your lives!!!! Enjoy yourselves but be careful. Well thats the mummy lecture over! (You will be pleased to know!) hey girls! glad to hear u are havin d time of ur life! i wud love to visit sri lanka sounds so beautiful cant wait to see the pics! about the bombings in london, i ll jus give u a brief outlook, im in london at the moment was suposed to go to central london 2day to meet some others! theres been confirmation of four bombs in algate east, edgeware rd (which isnt far from me!!), kings cross n liverpool st.. and a bus bomb in russell square. so far two are mentioned dead but there wil be defintely more considerin so much casulties.. sayin that its amazin how every1 is so calm. there was a 200 worded message on an islamic website sayin how britain shud feel the fear n that they were behind it all and denmark n italy wud be next if they dont remove their troops etc. tony blair flyin bk to england from the G8 summit, he gave a reali good speech reali touched my heart. so thats the update so far, have txtd a few people n everyone seems to b ok thank god, some people like seb was stil in bed lol!
well enough said wudnt want to put a dampen on ur travels!!

Lovin Thailand! It is certainly backpackers haven! I could live here forever drinking cheap beers, and shopping 4eva! Wish u were here joining us lot! We'll be clinkin our beers to you all 2nite! ;-)

hey everyone,

arrived bangkok this afternoon, feeling exhausted, i have lost track of my days and never know what time it is these days. After spending the most memorable time in sri lanka, that island was a place ill never forget. we had the most generous tour guide you could ever want to meet. u cant miss him in the photos, the guy with a huge moustache, he was like our grand-papa.
Even after the tsunami 6 months ago, sri lanka is the most beautiful country i ever visited, everyone had a huge smile on their faces. There are valleys of tea leaves there, with waterfalls. we went on an elephant for a hour, intothe lake too. visited many buddha temples and climbed up a large rock called sigeria rock. it completely worn us out. the beaches here are great.
i can see jessie told you about the massage, how werid was that! i didnt expect it at all, i just wanted to laugh, but its probably normal for them, and ott for us eh!
saw some deaf and blind children there, they seems full of joy, i which i could help them to communicate like the way we do in england. it hit me inside, making me want to come out here again and help them one day.
If any of you out there want to travel far east, please visit sri lanka, i bet you wont regret it at al.
thats all i can say for now, will keep in touch soon about my thailand adventure.

We were all so sad to leave Sri Lanka, and especially Nimal our taxi driver, one gentleman i am not going to forget in a hurry! Seriously recommend Sri Lanka to anyone, one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It is called the Enchanted Island, and boy do i agree with it! The locals were saying that nobody goes anymore because of the tsunami, yes, you can still see the effects, but most of it has been rebuilt..
In Bangkok now for the next leg of our journey! Been gone three weeks now, and feels as if we;ve done so much already!! Already wanting to buy so much off the markets, we re staying in the backpacker area of the city, first time we've seen so many white people backpacking in my life!!
