Hello people, we have finally got to a computer, but we cant download the photos from here. Believe us, they will be worth the wait because Yosemite is absolutely gorgeous. You could go there every year for your holiday and do something different each time. Off to camp in the Grand Canyon now - freezing!!! TTFN

Having extricated myself from the lovely latinos I thought I'd drop you a line - got back a few hours ago - to say how fantastic it was to see you both.Carnival was fab,especially from your roof top venue.It was fantastic to see how happy you both are and making the most of being world travellers! We had an amazing time and an action packed week both in and around San Francisco.We did enjoy a visit to the Golden Gate Fortune cookie bakery in Ross Alley in China Town.Had to bring some back of course.Haven't yet checked to see whether they have survived the flight.Even enjoyed the boss there who asked if we had any pounds he could have as souvenirs!!Just brilliant meeting up with you both and look forward to hearing about the rest of your adventures.Lots of love and envy as you continue to enjoy the California sun.Jan xx

Hi you two, hows things? Moved to the new house over the weekend. Don't think we will miss shipston that much. It's currently baby dominated with both Donna and Harpo/Karen and Marc expecting.
New place is great, much bigger than River Way and we even have a garden( maybe we will steal Gordons crown and become bank holiday bbq regulars!).
Loz is well chuffed that West Ham have returned to the premiership,personally i think they will go straight back down again.
Got a busy month of gigs ahead. Turin brakes, jaxx, U2 and then hopefully working at the planned live aid gig in london on the 2nd july.Impressed your keeping up with the gigs on your travels. Coldplay were in Vegas when we were there, considered going until we saw the cost~ up to around 250 dollors RIP OFF.

Hey dudes. Just wanted to say congrats (even if a bit delayed. I blame the time difference!) Stew, welcome to the family. A good move or not time will only tell (good I'm sure). Hope the expedition is going well and to plan. Ahhh how I like to daydream of sitting on a beach just soaking up those rays and having a few drinks. Hello everyone, we had a wicked time at the San Francisco carnival today. The parade took 2 1/2 hours to go past, we sat on the roof of the hostel drinking in the sun, right above all the action, then followed the parade in to join the street festival. Great fun. For everyone that knows Jan Trott she was last seen dancing Samba in the Mission with lovely latinos...

Hi guys. B.C. looks lovely, I haven't read all postcards yet, but the ones I have are really good. Respect to Arsenal for beating the devil Ferguson's team. I like to think our Pat scored that penalty just for me. He did you know. I'm currently at Central Library blagging my way through life, sandwiched between two lovely gentleman who both smell lots. Nice. I have aquired a lovely acoustic guitar (in Handsworth we say 'teefed'). It has 3 wire strings and 3 nylon. I am not fixing it because excessive substance abuse has convinced me it looks cool. Yesterday was the hottest May for 50 years, therefore, $"^%! you we feel no envy. None at all. But seriously, have a good week or whatever. In a bit b****es. xx
