Fantastic pictures - the food festival looks amazing but not sure about the cricket - it's huge. As late night snacks go, it's not high on my list! The place you are at sounds lovely. I cooked the fish Amok and it was very tasty - very easy to do with dried spices and coconut milk. Dad enjoyed it with extra chillies!! Hope Thailand is lovely & sunny - love & hugs Mom
