Hellooooo from Mumbai. I've found Maya now - I had lost her for a while. She was in Delhi with no money and I was in the mountains in Rajasthan but it's all worked out fine and we are both in Mumbai now. I am going on a tour of Mumbai tomorrow (we only have 1 day here, so I might as well make the most of it!)

Then at 3 am we have to be in the airport to catch a plane to Thailand! The next country! I can't believe it's been two months already. Does it feel like I've been gone for ages?? Anyway, before I left Mt. Abu, I gave the family I was staying with a box of chocolates and I painted them a still life ink painting which they are going to frame. They were so sweet to me and cooked me food to take on the train for me and Maya. The husband was really interesting to talk to as he is very philosophicaland quite laid back. My favourite places in Mt. Abu include Nakki Lake (meaning nail lake, as it is said a God made the lake by scooping out the soil with his nails)- this is also the main relaxing holiday spot for Indians in Mt.Abu and the chilled vibes there on a Sunday are great, especially if you have and icecream cone in your hand! The train journey to Mumbai was not great as I was so tired but we had a crying baby in our carriage so I kept waking up. Mumbai is much more expensive than Delhi, and I've been told that there's not a hell of a lot to see here so I don't mind too much that I'm leaving soon. Check out the new pics.. Enjoy xxx
