Condor? Put that in your pipe and smoke it! Ok, the two of you are probably too young to remember that ad campaign... don't rub it in! Your text message arrived, loudly, in the middle of an RE lesson and caused uproar as I normally confiscate mobile phones which are left switched on... I'm mean like that!
Keep the postcards coming... it gives me something to look forward to during breaktimes!

We've all been catching up on your adventures today & we comment daily how quiet it is here without you Ren!! We're loving the Indiana look ;-) In your absence, we're putting an 'Indie' pic on your desk - that should scare evryone away from this end of the office!

Hi guys,
Don't blame you for not doing the full trek to Macchu Picchu - I swore I would only recommend it to people I really didn't like! Drink and eat lots to combat altitude sickness. Beware of alcohol the hangovers are really evil. Didn't stop me, though as you can imagine. Martina - you will be missed round at Sue's Thursday night and you will both be missed down the Cross Keys Friday. TAKE CARE get back to sea level and have a glass or two.

Hi all
As you have deduced we are having an amazing time but we are always pleased to hear from you whether by message on the website, email or even text as we are now able to send and receive messages as we are out of Equador. Tonight we are off to Arequipa to see the Condors in their own true environment and maybe even cross into Chile before we head to Puno for the Candlemas Festival on Feb 2nd, this is close to Lake Titicaca and on the Bolivian border. We have just uploaded some more images of Cusco and Machu Pichu unfortunately it rained on the final day of the trek but even so Little Ren and I still managed to get some photos taken and a sense of the importance of the place. Its a shame we came in the wet season as I am sure that had the sunrise through the sun gate not been dampened by the rain and dark cloud the effect and spiritualness of the place would have been even better.
Keep in touch

Great to see you are having the time of your lives! I like the travel log very Paul Theroux... All is well at home, Jessie now thinks that she is the real life Cinderella and is convinced that the old man is one of the ugly sisters... I'm prince charming of course.
Tina went back to work last week so should be able to pick up the web stuff when I send her the link, after a year off it will be nice for her to see you having a great time while she reaquaints herself with office life.
Be good.

Ok, enough mucking about. What is the point of allowing my nearest and dearest to go swanning off round the world, if not to get some snazzy pics to use in the classroom? I don't teach biology any more, so all the photos of blue footed boobies are very nice, and all that, but are of no earthly use whatsoever. Come on, pull your finger out and get me some awe-inspiring scenic shots. Pictures of one species devouring another species go down well with Year 7. Pics of one species humping another species are good for the Sixth Form, but if one or both are Homo sapiens I could be out of a job!! Seriously though, hope you're enjoying it as much as you appear to be doing. Love & prayers

Hi Guys,
We are missing you both already, hope you are having a fantastic time on your travels. We are very jealous and keep wondering what you two are up to, having spent a week in Spain with you last year I can imagine that you are making the most of it and probably causing havoc with the locals. Have you tried the local karoke yet? Glad to hear that you are learning spanish and I am sure Ren your Italian is helping you out along the way "Lucky I speak Italian"! Just watch out for any wounded goats on your way...
Looking forward to hearing more about your adventure on the next email.
