Well, well, well. Visiting Paris made me really wish I was bilingual. The shopkeepers and restaurant staff tended to snicker when we bought things or ordered food. But I still liked the city and all its beautiful monuments.

A beautiful city and very cold as expected in November. But we braved the elements and even rode on an open-top tour bus around the area. I'm sure the locals thought we were crazy, but come on, we're tourists....!

Talk about a crazy city...but suprisingly clean and beautiful as well. The Sex Museum was a bit much, I must say. And the Red Light District was very strange. Magic mushrooms and coffee shops were abundant, but smelly.

The kitchen of my flat in Swansea overlooks the edge of Singleton Park. Every morning as I am pouring a bowl of cereal, I see the striking blue sky hiding beind the greenest gently rolling hills I have ever seen, and I want nothing more than to spend all day in that landscape. But school takes me away.
