Just 2 months now til we follow in your footsteps - can't wait. We fly into Bangkok on 4th November - not quite sure what to expect, so we have booked a hotel via the internet for when we arrive. Hope it's nice. No definite route planned yet, but will probably cycle north from Bangkok to Vientiane. Where did you stay when you got there? Is it easy finding decent rooms?

We've just been speaking to lucas, he was walking down our street, we thought we were seeing things. He is a lovely young man, very tall and handsome. Can't wait for tomorrow going doen the turf with Neil, hope they play as well as they did on Wednesday.

I finally get round to writing a message for you - I hope everywhere is as amazing as it looks! Taj Mahal looks brilliant and the rain looks... well wet... but the definate favourite is the angry hotel man in Chiang Mai :)
