Well, our morning timeliness has only slightly improved, we're up on time, but just barely :) Decidedly it's a lot more work to travel with 2 kids than by ourselves, and we are WAY slower than previously. We packed most of our stuff last night and only need to reorganize our backpacks this morning, so getting ready is quick, and we're down to breakfast by 8:15 with the need to leave the hotel by 9:15. Our wake-up punctuality is digressing rapidly! Instead of 7:30am it's almost 9 by the time we roll out. Down to the hotel lobby for breakfast, we have 1 adult and 1 kid breakfast included in our room rate...we should have stopped there, instead we ordered another adult and kid breakfast and ended up with exactly 1 adult and 1 kid breakfast too many! The food portions were huge, and good quality food too. All the Trini's think I have a hard time understand...

Seems like all our trips start with Heather and I staying up way too late the night before doing last minute packing (or maybe a little unpacking to get under 50lbs) and preparations. I've been working a lot of hours at work, and just got back from Toronto late Friday night, so this time was no different! About 2:20am we finally called it a night; satisfied we were at 48 and 44 pounds, with plenty of room left in our 2 backpacks just in case... 

This trip is getting off to a late start...usually it's 4-5 days in before we start getting tired and our morning wake up time starts to suffer...haven't even left the house yet and we're up an hour later than planned (yikes!). Not to worry, we scramble and leave only 7 minutes behind schedule. Gotta swing by the jobsite on the way past downtown and drop off some papers for one of my guys...10 minute detour, but my girls get to see my building up clos...

Woke up at 4 after going to bed at midnight. In the hotel lobby by 4:30 with all our stuff and people. To the airport terminal where we check in and go through security with zero line (first time ever). A coffee and a muffin before boarding to Munich. Lufthansa is a mess at the Munich airport. They act like they have never boarded an international flight before...who ever heard of manually typing in everyone's passport information at the boarding gate? It has...
