So first day I get woken up by a phonecall to my to my room letting me know that a couple of other people from my tour had arrived and were free to catch up and take a first tackle at the mayhem that is Delhi. We grouped up ( me jen and pete) threw in 350 rupees each and had a taxi fr the day to take us to various sites. All of us were quite jetlagged so loved the air conditioned chaffeur style or the day! Hi all sorry for lack of contact but I haven't had any Internet! So After a very restless flight overnight from heathrow I landed at Delhi international at 11am local time. The taxi journey was certainly an adventure! After buying a prepaid voucher I jumped in the back of a rather dubious looking taxi. Wow! That was a n intresting ride! After an hour with a driver with an apparent 'guide' I managed to reach the hotel with a lot o diversions! I got in and crashes...

So it's finally starting to feel real. Now I only have the stuff the will be on my back for the next 9 months and I've left norwich behind me. One word.....LIBERATING!
