This "loco" or street party was directly outside the hotel. Revellers danced, drank and generally had a good time from about 9 in the morning until late at night. These go on all over the city. Unfortunately afterwards the streets stink of urine and goodness knows what else and despite cleaners coming in th early hours of the morning there are still piles of garbage everywhere and comatose bodies in doorways or just on the street
