Hi Everyone!

Hope your all ok. We've arrived in Koh Samui!

We set off Wednesday night, it was a 12 hour bus journey. Luckily they played 2 films and and a drunk welsh guy kept us entertained for most of the journey! We got some sleep before arriving at the port in the early hours of the morning. The boat trip was around 1 hour 20 mins over to Koh Samui. Not a luxury boat - a really old fishing boat with about 300 backpackers on board!

Last night we spent the night at Bo Phut beach, which was really quiet. It is a fishing villiage made up of one street. The beach was nice but it was quite cloudy. We slept most of the day. We stayed in a wooden bungalow which was like in someones back garden behind a small bar?!

Today we moved on to Chaweng beach, the 'busiest' on the island but its still so quiet because its low season I think. It is absolute paradise on the beach here. White sand and the sun was out today!! We had a walk along the beach and did some sunbathing - lush! Shopping is good hear too - although James got beat up by a little girl last night in a supermarket!!

We're staying at OP bungalows tonight but found somewhere better to stay for the next few days called Lucky mother.

We promise pictures of Bangkok and Samui will come soon!! Just need to figure out how to do it properly.
