Ow "Chosen One".. hope your doing well and yes we all are having to make adjustments in our lives as cookie and sylvie said. I have drawn 2 conclusions (1 good and 1 bad) in your absence:
1.) I dont have to go watch any english soccer games or hear any more about english soccer. (GOOD!)
2.) Ive lost my brother that I have, (for the past 2 months,) been able to call or go to and talk with and get much needed advise whenever i wanted; or just even to have a chat about nothing specific with. (BAD incase you didnt notice :P)
Anyways as Sylvie and Colette mentioned before "dont get up to anything we'd disapprove off (which isnt much at all)" BESIDES wat u all tricked me into believing a few days before you left! do not become one of those type of ppl! but that shouldn't be too hard (i hope!!!) other then that have a great time in that 7th state of Australia (New Zealand) with all the sheep (and if they have anything but sheep, then have a great time with whatevers there too.. doubt you'll find much) and we'll talk soon.

Paddlepop! its sylv and im not happy at all, i was waiting for you to come down the stairs earlier and say "mornin' silly" like you have been for the past two months but it didnt happen who am i going to watch liverpool games with and talk with about the weirdest things possible? who am i going to try and get drunk so i can get as much information out of them as possible? (yep that was the aim of all the drinks scotty! ) who am i going to talk about communism with? who am i gonna say "yeeee" and "machiiiine" with? life doesnt make sense ...its colette now... and i still miss paul a lot more! and its good to be able to watch queer eye without you and sylvie complaining and making me watch Dr Phil, so maybe you leaving this country wasnt so bad after all... im just joking amal i love your son! (im not mentioning which one tho) and i still remember your bribe on my birthday!
in conclusion you've only been gone for a few hours and evidently we've already looked to alcohol for consolation... God only knows the state we'll be in, in a few days!

Blimey Si, I wonder what result you would have got if you'd put as much effort into your uni essays as your STA journals. Just thought I'd say a quick hello coz it's been a while. Just read the latest journal entry, love it! Can't believe you are still traveling, it already seems like a lifetime ago for me. Thought I'd put the essay through the word count treatment and, yes, it is over 2000 words long! I totally agree with you about Uluru, I think it is appaling that people walk upon, it is as if their wishes supercede the ancient culture beliefs of the indigenous people. Have a great time in New Zealand, you'll be pleased to see the Maoris and whites co-existing far more amicably and equitably.

I was talking to Tota on msn, when Cookie came after having a drink with you and the cousins, you seem to be having fun in Sydney, back again to being fed well and living the good life. Enjoy it because it is the last chance before you come home. Last time I was in Sydney I wanted to go to Uluru but it was very expensive, maybe next time !!! who knows. Hi Simon, delighted to hear your new comments, there is something in what you mentioned about the original inhabitans that made me wonder about what happend to our church and Christian civilization in Turkey, you mentioned "occupying a land for thousands and thousands of years only to have a foreign power invade and then have to fight to even be granted the status of a citizen, that is what many muslims don't even know or appreciate about taking our Christian capital Constatinople and turning it into a muslim country by force only 400 years ago ...at the end we all have to live with each other and respect and work together in the planet that is for all of us alike, there should not be anymore people who should rule or dominate other people under what ever pretence, people should always read the history to learn from it. I support your pasion for the Aborigines.

Hi Pie! Guess what....Im a Londoner! Ive been here a grand total of 4 weeks now and Im loving it! Ive already converted two of my flat mates into City fans and have started spreading the brew revolution at work-they're all on tea now instead of coffee:) My jobs wicked-havent killed any patients yet so I consider that a good start.
